2.1 Be a Super Health Hero - Share the Health Components and Benefits of Fitness / Inspire Others
You need others to understand how involvement in activities can develop all five components of fitness and you need to share the most important benefits of regular physical activity? Your peers NEED your help and positive influence!
How you present your findings is up to you. As long as your message is informative and powerful, you may create a:
- brochure
- poster
- powerpoint
- video or audio recording that includes you SUPER HEALTH HERO (another person, puppet, doll/stuffie) in SUPER HEALTH HERO costume
- news article
- song
Your SUPER HEALTH HERO presentation could come to the aid of a student making poor activity choices. Your SUPER HEALTH HERO presentation needs to be convincing and inspiring – teaching the five health components of fitness and the benefits of physical activity and exercise.

- Drop your work off with your teacher. (Also a great idea, but more difficult to return.)
- If no other way works, pull out your phone and take pictures. (Make them good pictures; then embed them all into a single word document.)
If you have a new scanner and are trying to figure out the best way to scan your work for submission, here are some tips:
- Paper Size: 8.5 x 11 inches (most typical - or can re-size later)
- Colour Format: Grayscale (keeps file smaller then color, yet still clear)
- File Type: PDF (best), or JPG (if PDF isn't available)
- Resolution: 150 or 200 (can use 300 if small details don't show with 150/200)
