Download and complete the following assignment to show you can:
- demonstrate understanding of the FITT training principle and how it can be used to enhance personal fitness levels
- apply strategies used to pursue personal healthy-living goals and reflect on the result
Assessment:
Each question is assigned a mark. There are 13 possible marks.
Submission Options
- Use the dropbox to attach your computer-based assignment. (Best idea!)
- Email an attachment to your teacher. (If, for some reason, the course dropbox doesn't work for you.)
If completed on paper:
- Scan it as one big .pdf file (best idea)
- Drop it off with your teacher (also a great idea, but more difficult to return)
- Scan it as multiple .jpg's and put them into a single WORD document
- If no other way works, pull out your phone and take pictures. (Make them good pictures; then embed them all into a single word document.)
If you have a new scanner and are trying to figure out the best way to scan your project for submission, here are some tips:
- Paper Size: 8.5 x 11 inches (most typical - or can re-size later)
- Colour Format: Grayscale (keeps file smaller then color, yet still clear)
- File Type: PDF (best), or JPG (if PDF isn't available)
- Resolution: 150 or 200 (can use 300 if small details don't show with 150/200)
Again, if you are scanning, please do not submit pages as separate files. You can combine your scans into a single document (page-by-page) and submit as one file.
