Interview Questions - Planner
Learning Target(s):

Writing is a collaborative process, and all steps are equally valuable, from the planning to the draft writing to the editing. Here is your chance to submit the plan for your interview questions.
All cultures honour their leaders or Elders in different ways. If you could ask an Elder anything, what would it be? What could you learn from the Elders around you? Draft at least five questions for each category. These will be narrowed down in the next phase of planning.
The idea here is to have a conversation with a local Indigenous Elder (if possible and appropriate) or someone from your own life you have identified as an Elder, as defined in the previous lesson. This could mean different things to different people. You will come up with a series of questions based on the suggestions in the planner assignment.
There are many ways to approach this, be creative with your questions and adapt them to what you already know about the Elder you are interviewing.
