Submit your food plan and your reflection in a word document or as an audio recording.
Assessment: 7 marks
3 – Correct examples of foods in each group, emphasis on healthy choices - one mark per category
4 – Reflection – Compare this menu to your daily eating habits. On a daily basis, what is healthy about your eating habits? What needs to be improved? (2 = minimally meeting expectations, 3 = fully meeting expectations, 4 = exceeding expectations)
